  • How do I play Load Master?

    Your goal is to load all displayed objects onto the truck. Drag and drop the items onto the truck to load them. Objects that fall outside the truck are considered failed attempts.

    Use items like Glue, Grow, and Shrink to stack items more efficiently.

    If you stack objects higher than the set goal, you’ll receive extra rewards. By maintaining a win streak, you can activate the Object Preview, which lets you see the next item.

    You can earn Coins by clearing levels and can spend them on Hearts or Tools.

  • What can I do with Coins, and how can I get more?

    Coins are the main in-game currency of Load Master. Here are several ways to earn them:
    - Play the game
    - Log in daily
    - Complete missions

    Coins can also be purchased.
  • What are Hearts, and how can I get more?

    Hearts are used to retry a failed level.

    You can earn 1 Heart at every set time and hold up to 5 Hearts at once.

    If you run out of Hearts, you can get extras by watching ads or spending Coins.
  • How can I breeze through the levels?

    There are items that help you clear levels:

    1. Glue: The item becomes fixed to where it was dropped.
    2. Grow: Increases item size by 30%.
    3. Shrink: Reduces item size by 30%.

    Items can be purchased with Coins.
  • How can I stop watching the ads?

    Ads award free Coins or items.

    You can purchase the No-Ad Offer from the Store or the Lobby to stop watching ads.

    Once purchased, the No-Ad Offer removes all ads that appear as banners or at the end of each level.

    However, optional ads with free rewards will not be removed, as they are only played when manually selected. You can keep watching these ads for bonus rewards.
  • What should I do if I haven’t received my purchased items?

    If you haven’t received your purchased item, please send us an email with your Device ID and proof of purchase by taking the following steps:

    1. Tap "Settings" in the game Lobby, then the "Copy" button to copy your Device ID.

    2. Next, tap the "Customer Support" button to be redirected to the Load Master website.

    3. On the website, tap "Contact Us" to email one of our Customer Support representatives directly.
  • I completed the last available level. How can I play more?

    The latest updates come with new levels.

    Update the game to challenge yourself with even more difficult levels!
  • How do I update the game?

    To update your game, simply follow one of these two steps:

    1. Log in to the game with your device connected to the Internet for an automatic update prompt.

    2. Manually update your game from the application store.
  • Do I need to be connected to the Internet to play the game?

    Not at all!

    But since your access will be limited, connect to the Internet to enjoy Load Master to its fullest!
  • How can I save my progress?

    Your progress gets automatically saved on your device.

    However, your progress may be lost if you delete the game or perform a factory reset.
  • How can I recover my progress?

    Unfortunately, lost progress cannot be recovered at this time.
  • Can I transfer my progress to or from another device?

    Unfortunately, transferring progress is not possible at this time.
  • How can I delete my account?

    To delete your game account, simply delete the app from your device.
