  • How to I play Holey Smoothy?

    Your goal is to make all the ingredients fall into the hole to make juice.

    Move the hole around to collect ingredients. Be careful to avoid rotten fruit or bugs—you will fail the level if they fall into the hole.

    Clear the level by collecting all the ingredients within the time limit. Ingredients you collect are automatically stored in the ingredient boxes in the lobby. Once enough ingredients have been gathered, you can create juice for your customers. Blended juices are automatically served to customers, rewarding you with Gold, EXP, and more.

    Certain stages feature bonus levels, which can be played after watching an ad. In bonus levels, you can earn large amounts of Gold and special ingredients.

    With simple controls and addictive gameplay, Holey Smoothy lets you collect and enjoy a wide variety of juices.
  • What can I do with Coins, and how can I get more?

    Coins are the main in-game currency of Holey Smoothy. They are used to purchase Hearts, items, and retries.
    Here are several ways to earn Coins:
    - Complete customer orders
    - Play bonus levels
    - Receive event rewards

    Coins can also be purchased.
  • What are Hearts, and how can I get more?

    Hearts are used to retry a failed level.

    You can earn 1 Heart at every set time and hold up to 5 Hearts at once.

    If you run out of Hearts, you can get extras by watching ads or spending Coins.
  • What are items, and how can I get them?

    There are items that help you clear levels:

    1. Shield: Creates a protective barrier around the hole. Absorbing a bug or rotten fruit is blocked once.
    2. Insecticide: Temporarily stops all bug movements within the level. A big help in difficult levels with many bugs.

    Items can be purchased with Coins, rewarded from missions, or earned by watching ads.
  • How can I stop watching the ads?

    Ads award free Coins or items.

    You can purchase the No-Ad Offer from the Store or the Lobby to stop watching ads.

    Once purchased, the No-Ad Offer removes all ads that appear as banners or at the end of each level.

    However, optional ads with free rewards will not be removed, as they are only played when manually selected. You can keep watching these ads for bonus rewards.
  • What should I do if I haven’t received my purchased items?

    If you haven’t received your purchased item, please send us an email with your Device ID and proof of purchase by taking the following steps:

    1. Tap "Settings" in the game Lobby, then the "Copy" button to copy your Device ID.

    2. Next, tap the "Customer Support" button to be redirected to the Holey Smoothy website.

    3. On the website, tap "Contact Us" to email one of our Customer Support representatives directly.
  • I’ve completed all available levels. How can I play new ones?

    New levels are added to the game with each update.

    Update the game to play the latest levels.
  • How do I update the game?

    To update your game, simply follow one of these two steps:

    1. Log in to the game with your device connected to the Internet for an automatic update prompt.

    2. Manually update your game from the application store.
  • Do I need to be connected to the Internet to play the game?

    Not at all!

    But since your access will be limited, connect to the Internet to enjoy Holey Smoothy to its fullest!
  • How can I save my progress?

    Your progress gets automatically saved on your device.

    However, your progress may be lost if you delete the game or perform a factory reset.
  • How can I recover my progress?

    Unfortunately, lost progress cannot be recovered at this time.
  • Can I transfer my progress to or from another device?

    Unfortunately, transferring progress is not possible at this time.
  • How can I delete my account?

    To delete your game account, simply delete the app from your device.
