  • How do I play Drop Frenzy 2048?

    Each animal-shaped block comes with a number. Merge the same-numbered blocks by stacking them together.

    Merge the falling blocks consecutively to hit combos and maintain the combo streak to trigger Frenzy Mode! This will double your combo points.

    The game ends if you stack the blocks past the line. The total value of the blocks you've stacked, along with the combo points, is added up as your final score.

    The final score appears on the global leaderboard and accumulates the more you play. So keep playing to climb the rankings!

  • What can I do with Coins, and how can I get more?

    Coins are the main in-game currency of Drop Frenzy 2048. Here are several ways to earn them:
    - Merge to get the 2048 block
    - Rescue animals
    - Play the game

    Coins can also be purchased.

  • How can I rescue animals?

    When the game starts, a caged animal will appear in the top-left corner of your screen. To conduct a rescue, stack and merge the blocks of the number that is displayed above the animal.

    Rescue animals are added to the "Rescued!" collection in the Lobby. Rescuing animals awards you extra Coins!

  • How can I breeze through the levels?

    There are items that help you clear levels:

    1. Hammer: Removes a block of your choice.
    2. Bomb: Removes a block of your choice and all blocks identical to it.
    3. Shuffle: Randomly rearranges the placement of all blocks.

    Items can be purchased with Coins.

  • How can I stop watching the ads?

    Ads award free Coins or items.

    You can purchase the No-Ad Offer from the Store or the Lobby to stop watching ads.

    Once purchased, the No-Ad Offer removes all ads that appear as banners or at the end of each level.

    However, optional ads with free rewards will not be removed, as they are only played when manually selected. You can keep watching these ads for bonus rewards.

  • What should I do if I haven’t received my purchased items?

    If you haven’t received your purchased item, please send us an email with your Device ID and proof of purchase by taking the following steps:

    1. Tap "Settings" in the game Lobby, then the "Copy" button to copy your Device ID.

    2. Next, tap the "Customer Support" button to be redirected to the Drop Frenzy 2048 website.

    3. On the website, tap "Contact Us" to email one of our Customer Support representatives directly.

  • What is the Challenge Mode?

    Challenge Mode is available for free once a day. In this mode, you will compete against other players for rankings.

    The gameplay is identical, yet your scores are added to the Challenge Mode Leaderboard.

    Your place in the rankings can earn you rewards the next day, so keep on trying!

  • How do I update the game?

    To update your game, simply follow one of these two steps:

    1. Log in to the game with your device connected to the Internet for an automatic update prompt.

    2. Manually update your game from the application store.

  • Do I need to be connected to the Internet to play the game?

    Not at all!

    But since your access will be limited, connect to the Internet to enjoy Drop Frenzy 2048 to its fullest!

  • How can I save my progress?

    Your progress gets automatically saved on your device.

    However, your progress may be lost if you delete the game or perform a factory reset.

  • How can I recover my progress?

    Unfortunately, lost progress cannot be recovered at this time.

  • Can I transfer my progress to or from another device?

    Unfortunately, transferring progress is not possible at this time.

  • How can I delete my account?

    To delete your game account, simply delete the app from your device.
