    Sort blocks and pass them through Shredders with matching colors.

  • How can I clear levels?

    Clear all the blocks on the screen within the time limit.
  • How would one fail a level?

    The level will end if:

    1. The blocks aren’t cleared in time.
    2. The Bomber Blocks aren’t diffused in time.
    3. Shredders are no longer accessible.
  • How do I upgrade my customer's outfit?

    Clear levels to earn Stars and use them to upgrade your customer’s outfit.

    You can upgrade outfits in the Lobby.
  • How can I advance to the next chapter?

    Upgrading your customer’s outfit up to a certain point will unlock the next chapter.
  • How can I get more Coins?

    Here are some ways to get more Coins:

    · Clear Levels: Coins are given as a reward for clearing a level. You have the option to watch an ad to boost your rewards.
    · Visit the Store: Coins can be purchased or earned through watching ads.
    · Upgrading outfits in the Lobby, Daily Rewards, Win Streaks, and Block Pass are ways to get more Coins.
  • What can I do with Coins?

    Coins are the main in-game currency of Jewelry Jam: Color Slide. You can use them to purchase the following features:

    · Hearts
    · Time Freezes
    · Rockets
    · Hammers
    · Color Vacuums
  • How can I breeze through the levels?

    There are items that help you clear levels:

    1. Time Freeze: Lets you freeze time for 10 seconds.
    2. Rocket: Allows you to target and remove one block.
    3. Hammer: Allows you to remove one block or one layer of a Layered Block.
    4. Color Vacuum: Allows you to remove all blocks of the same color.
  • How can I get more Hearts?

    To get more Hearts, tap on the heart icon at the top of the screen.

    Hearts can be purchased in the Store or earned by watching ads.
  • How can I stop watching the ads?

    You can purchase the No-Ad Offer from the Store or the Lobby to stop watching ads.

    Once purchased, the No-Ad Offer removes all ads that appear as banners or at the end of each level.

    However, optional ads with free rewards will not be removed, as they are only played when manually selected. You can keep watching these ads for bonus rewards.
  • Why do I keep seeing ads after purchasing the No-Ad Offer?

    If ads continue to appear after purchasing the No-Ad Offer, please try the following steps:

    1. Tap "Settings" in the Lobby, then "Restore Purchase."
    2. Exit and restart the game.

    If the issue persists, please send us an email with your Device ID and proof of purchase for the No-Ad Offer by taking the following steps:

    1. Tap "Settings" in the Lobby, then the "Copy" button to copy your Device ID.
    2. Next, tap the "Visit Our Website!" button to be redirected to the Color Streak website.
    3. On the website, tap "Contact Us" to email one of our Help Center representatives directly.
  • What should I do if I haven’t received my purchased items?

    If you haven’t received your purchased item, please send us an email with your Device ID and proof of purchase by taking the following steps:

    You can change your username by clicking on the Profile icon in the game Lobby. You can change your nickname as often as you like—there are no limits!
  • Where can I find my Device ID?

    You can find your Device ID by going to “Settings” in the game Lobby. Tap on the copy icon to copy your Device ID on your clipboard.
  • How can I receive support?
