  • How do I play Goop Defense?

    Guard the castle from the incoming goblins by squeezing the color-matching goop from the monsters.
  • How can I receive support?

    Tap "Settings" in the Lobby. Then, tap the "Visit Our Website!" button to be redirected to the Goop Defense website.

    On the website, tap "Contact Us" to email one of our Help Center representatives directly.
  • How can I clear a level?

    Defeat all the goblins that appear on the level.
  • How would one fail a level?

    If the goblins come in contact with the castle and the castle runs out of HP, the level will end.
  • How can I get more Coins?

    Here are some ways to get more Coins:

    · Clear Levels: Coins are given as a reward for clearing a level.
    · Take Down the UFOs: Coins can be randomly dropped from enemy UFOs when destroyed.
    · Visit the Store: Coins can be purchased or earned by watching ads.
  • What can I do with Coins?

    Coins are the main in-game currency of Goop Defense. You can use them to purchase the following features:

    · Items
    · Hearts
    · Continues
  • What do Items do?

    The following Items are available in Goop Defense:

    · Blizzard: Freezes all Goblins for some time.
    · Tornado: Takes down Goblins that are close to the castle and knocks the rest of the Goblins back.
    · Regooper: Restores the Goop Monsters to full capacity.
  • How can I get more Hearts?

    To get more Hearts, tap on the heart icon at the top of the screen.

    Hearts can be purchased in the Store or earned by watching ads.
  • How can I stop watching the ads?

    You can purchase the No-Ad Offer from the Store or the Lobby to stop watching ads.

    Once purchased, the No-Ad Offer removes all ads that appear as banners or at the end of each level.

    However, optional ads with free rewards will not be removed, as they are only played when manually selected. You can keep watching these ads for bonus rewards.
  • Why do I keep seeing the ads after purchasing the No-Ad Offer?

    If ads continue to appear after purchasing the No-Ad Offer, please try the following steps:

    1. Tap "Settings" in the Lobby, then "Restore Purchase."
    2. Exit and restart the game.

    If the issue persists, please send us an email with your Device ID and proof of purchase for the No-Ad Offer by taking the following steps:

    1. Tap "Settings" in the Lobby, then the "Copy" button to copy your Device ID.
    2. Next, tap the "Visit Our Website!" button to be redirected to the Goop Defense website.
    3. On the website, tap "Contact Us" to email one of our Help Center representatives directly.
  • What should I do if I haven't received my purchased items?

    If you haven’t received your purchased item, please send us an email with your Device ID and proof of purchase by taking the following steps:

    1. Tap "Settings" in the game Lobby, then the "Copy" button to copy your Device ID.
    2. Next, tap the "Visit Our Website!" button to be redirected to the Goop Defense website.
    3. On the website, tap "Contact Us" to email one of our Help Center representatives directly.
  • How can I change my nickname?

    You can change your nickname by tapping on "Settings" in the game Lobby. Nicknames can be changed as many times as desired.
  • Where can I find my Device ID?

    You can find your Device ID by tapping on "Settings" in the game Lobby. Tap on the "Copy" icon to copy your Device ID to your clipboard.
